Pulling the Proverbial Trigger

We all have the clients that have visions of what they want. Personally, I believe in having a vision. Now, the ability to act on it is something else. Can people be too specific? I believe they can, but it's our job to get them out of the box & adapt that vision into reality. It can be tough to gently persuade someone who truly believes that once in a lifetime deal is there. The problem is, those deals are out there, & people do get them. Again, a thorn in my personal side. So now you present them with the once in 10 year find!! It's not the exact style they want. The brick is the wrong color, but other that that, perfect!! It sells in 6 hours. Grrr ... The amazing thing is, we still go out there, still search & have our clients best interest in mind. Because after all, we are professionals. Then finally the payoff of walking into a place & they exclaim, This is it!!! I knew you could find it for us!! At that moment you know you've done a good job, & plane tickets are in sight!! FYI, will you be passing out cards on the plane?? Enjoy!!!
